Why this role?
As one of our Senior Community Development Officers (SCDO), you will play a pivotal role in building the capacity of local communities to address drug and alcohol-related harm. You will be a key member of our team delivering our Good Sports and Local Drug Action Team (LDAT) programs, proactively developing and maintaining relationships with participants and supporting their engagement.
As a confident public speaker, you will also have the opportunity to facilitate community forums and workshops, as well as represent the ADF at various external events and expositions.
